They added so many upgrades when they built the house, plus being on a culdesac you have a large backyard.Seller extended the concrete on covered patio, plus put in a gas line for a grill. The kitchen has double ovens and large island. You have 8 ft. doors. Master bath was also upgraded. You have plenty of room for entertaining. Huge gameroom and a media room. 220 plug in garage as well. The location of the home is amazing. You are up against farm land no one will be building right beside you. It is at the end of the subdivision as well, so you dont have a lot of traffic.
