THIS LITTLE CUTIE GOT A MAJOR FACELIFT! IT WAS TAKEN DOWN TO THE STUDS. NEW INSULATION WAS ADDED, A NEW ROOF INSTALLED. THE ORIGINAL FLOORS WERE BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE. NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES WERE INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN ALONG WITH NEW CUSTOM CABINETS FOR BOTH THE KITCHEN AND BATH! FRESH PAINT WAS APPLIED ON THE EXTERIOR. THE INTERIOR WAS DONE IN BEAD BOARD AND CROWN MOLDING WAS ADDED THROUGHOUT. THE KITCHEN WAS OPENED UP AND A CEDAR BEAM ADDED ALONG WITH NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS.
