OPEN HOUSE APRIL 29th. Located in a mature area of the city with large towering trees and situated on a large corner lot. So many updates inside and outside this cute home. Recent inside and outside paint, kitchen cabinets are painted, hardware added and additional counter and storage have been added with slide out racks. Kitchen sink faucet and dishwasher have been replaced, bar built at end of cabinets with bar stools that remain. Tiles have been added to kitchen floor and baths. Backsplash added. Carpet was removed and wood floors refinished. French doors added between house and additional living room that has wood ceiling. Additional insulation has been added in attic. House was leveled a few years ago. Inside heating unit was replaced. All kitchen appliances will remain. Workshop in backyard has been rewired and a lean to has been added to side of it for additional cover for grills and yard tools.
