Residential home site that City of The Colony has rezoned to commercial use. Check with City on correct usage and what would be required to occupy property as a commercial business. Building has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, large kitchen and living room. Currenty Leased as Residential home and consider a non- compliant property with the city.. I believe you can leave it residential use, but check with city. Selling for commercial use, Building may have to be moved, or remodeled for commercial usage. all utilities are already on the property. Just recently removed from the Main St thoroughfare project, so could open usages available. The 10 x 20 storage building can stay or we can move it.
