Amazing office building with lots to offer in a prime location. Building has had several updates, including turning the flat roof into a metal pitch to fix any leaking issues that come from having a flat roof. The brick perimeter wall has been repaired and a new deck was put back in its proper place where it had been removed at one time over the front porch. The landscaping has been completely redone and cleaned up around the property. The entire building has been painted within the last 3 years. Besides the updates the building sets on a private lot with a large private parking lot and the large sign out front basically gives the business its own personal billboard! Building could also be turned into a residence or used as a large short term rental. Endless possibilities with this large building.
